Free workshop:
Successfully managing law school stress
This workshop consists of a 90-minute session once a week for six weeks.
An advanced CUA doctoral student in clinical psychology is conducting a research study comparing two methods that have been proven to be effective in reducing stress. Stress management will focus on mindfulness techniques, which have demonstrated the ability to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as increase satisfaction and quality of life.
